My Story
Why I Built The School of Courage™
I didn’t set out to start a movement. I was just trying to stay afloat. After being promoted to lead a corporate team more experienced than me, I dove headfirst into leadership—taking every course and reading every book I could find. But no amount of knowledge prepared me for the internal unraveling that came later.
My marriage was struggling. I was exhausted from trying to be everything to everyone—a high performer at work, a present mother at home, and the steady one no matter what was happening around me. On the outside, things looked “successful.” On the inside, I felt disconnected, anxious, and quietly overwhelmed.
What changed my life wasn’t another strategy or productivity system. It was learning how to slow down, notice what was driving my reactions, and choose how I wanted to show up—at work, at home, and with myself. That shift created more calm, more confidence, and more honesty than I thought was possible.
The School of Courage™ was built from that transformation. It’s a space for women who don’t want to keep pushing harder, numbing out, or carrying everything alone—but also don’t want to walk away from their ambition, leadership, or families.
This work is about leading and living with clarity, confidence, and calm—no matter what season you’re in.
