The School of Courage

A membership for women ready to stop living on default.

Create more space, reclaim your power, and become your Grounded Self in real life through practical tools, grounded support, and a deeper way of living, leading, and responding.

For overwhelmed women who want more grounded clarity at work, more presence at home, and more self-trust within.

Who this is for

This membership is for women who want a steadier way to live and lead.

The School of Courage is designed for women who are deeply capable, carrying a lot, and ready to stop living on default. It is built for real life — not performance, perfection, or more pressure.

Calm and clarity, not more proving.

This is for you if…

You’re a capable woman who wants calm and clarity in your life — not more pressure or expectations.

  • You’re successful on paper, but internally you feel stretched, snappy, or numb.
  • You want to be more present at home — without losing your ambition.
  • You’re ready to stop over-functioning, people-pleasing, and proving.
  • You want skills for real life: conflict, guilt, boundaries, leadership, and motherhood.
  • You value structure, practice, and support — not performative “positive vibes.”
This is not for you if…

You want a quick fix without practice.

  • You’re looking for a rigid productivity system as the main solution.
  • You want someone to “fix you” without learning tools you can use independently.
  • You’re not willing to examine thoughts, emotions, and patterns with compassion.
  • You prefer to consume content privately and never engage, even when support would help.
If you’re not quite ready yet, start with the podcast to get grounded in the work and find your next step.

What is The School of Courage?

A calmer way to live and lead.

The School of Courage is a membership where overwhelmed women learn how to end overwhelm and feel more present — without walking away from their ambition, their responsibilities, or the people who matter most.

Carry your life with steadiness instead of strain.

Inside the membership, women learn how to stop living in constant vigilance — always worried about dropping a glass ball, letting someone down, or failing at something that feels deeply important.

  • End the guilt that follows you everywhere.
  • Feel more present at work and at home.
  • Stop worrying so much — and trust yourself again.
  • Build real confidence and emotional capability that lasts.

This is not about doing less or caring less. It is about creating more space, responding more consciously, and becoming your Grounded Self in the middle of real life.

Portrait of Lindsay J.

“Liz helped me process what I was avoiding. I felt seen, safe, and ultimately changed in how I manage both work and home. I show up differently now — calmer, clearer, and more grounded.”

“Before Liz, I took feedback too personally. She helped me release shame and judgment and step into real leadership. I trust myself again — and my team feels the difference.”

Portrait of Tessa L.

“Tough meetings used to send me into a spiral — I’d get emotional, overthink everything, and replay conversations for days. Now I walk into the hardest rooms calm and grounded. I don’t react the way I used to. It’s changed how I lead at work and at home.”

Frequently asked questions

Questions women often ask before they join.

The School of Courage is built for real life, so these answers are here to help you understand how the membership works, what support looks like, and whether it fits the season you’re in.

What if I don’t have time? My schedule is already packed.

You do not need hours a day. You need a few grounded moments to slow down your thinking, check in with yourself, and make more conscious choices. This membership was built with real life in mind, including full schedules, motherhood, leadership, and competing demands.

What if I fall behind?

You cannot fall behind in this work. This is not about keeping up with a perfect pace. It is about focusing on the part of your life that needs support right now and applying the work in a way that fits where you are.

What if I get overwhelmed easily?

This membership is designed for women who do get overwhelmed easily. The work helps you narrow your focus, regulate your emotions, slow down spiraling thought patterns, and move forward with more clarity instead of chaos.

What if I can’t make the live calls?

All calls are recorded, and you do not have to attend live to benefit from the membership. Many women grow through the replays, the tools, and the coaching support in a way that works with their schedules.

How long do I keep access?

You keep access to the calls, replays, Courage Library, and community for as long as you remain a member. The School of Courage is designed to be ongoing support for the woman you are becoming.

Is this really worth the money?

This work supports the part of your life that shapes everything else: your thinking, your reactions, your relationships, your leadership, and your sense of self-trust. When those things shift, the effects ripple into work, home, and how you carry your life.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. You have a 30-day guarantee to explore the calls, tools, and community. If the membership does not feel supportive or aligned, you can let us know within that window.

Woman carrying emotional and mental overload
The real cost of overwhelm

You’re carrying too much, and no one sees the real cost.

You’ve been holding deadlines, emotions, logistics, expectations, and the mental load of being the strong one. From the outside, you may still look capable. Inside, you may feel stretched thin, reactive, and tired of carrying it all alone.

You are allowed to be held, too.

You feel behind

You are smart and capable, but your mind keeps whispering that you are still not enough.

You snap, then feel guilty

You want peace, but overwhelm wins and your emotions leak out sideways.

You do not know what you want next

You have achieved a lot, but the next chapter feels cloudy and you are craving clarity.

You feel alone in it

Everyone depends on you, but very little in your life feels like it is holding space for you.

You do not have to keep doing it alone. Choose the level of support that fits your season.

What you may be ready for instead

You’re ready for something different.

You may be craving more calm, more clarity, and more confidence. More softness and more strength. More peace and more purpose. Not by doing more, but by receiving support that helps you live, lead, and respond from a steadier place.
